Refund policy

MOGAO offers exchanges and returns for products within only fourteen (14) days of the shipment delivery if the shipment is eligible for exchange or return. Products not eligible for our policies cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

To Return or exchange an item, you have to:

1- Contact us on our social media official platforms or via our official mail and explain the issue in detail - provide product pictures if possible.

2- From our side, if the product is eligible to be exchanged or returned, we will send a courier, and the exchange or return process will proceed within 3-4 working days.”

If the product is returned or exchanged due to any industrial defects or delivery issues, the exchange or the refund's shipment fees will be free of charge. Still, for any other reason, the exchange or refund shipment fees will be your responsibility to pay.

In case of return, your money will be refunded via e-wallets within 7 working days if paid using visa or cash if you have already paid in cash. And note that the shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ensure the product is not used and is in the original packaging. You must return the product in its original packaging, or the courier will refuse to exchange or return it.
