Action:
Copy & paste the full Privacy Policy from the Word file
👉 Online Store > Pages > Add Page > Privacy Policy

Then:
Go to:
Settings > Policies > Privacy Policy
Paste it again there for checkout requirements.

Action:
Copy & paste the Terms of Service into a new page:
👉 Online Store > Pages > Terms of Service

Then also paste under:
Settings > Policies > Terms of Service

This is required by Shopify checkout & Meta/Google approvals.

Action:
Add as a separate page:
👉 Online Store > Pages > Cookie Policy

Then add it inside the footer menu:
Footer > Legal > Cookie Policy

If you're using a cookie banner app:
→ Link this page inside the banner.

Please update the footer to include:
